Full Range MRO means: a single point of contact for everything needed to keep a system running—from sealing rings and sensors to the entire drive train. IBH EUROTEC sources these parts for industrial companies from the EU and international markets. The difference from a catalog-based mail-order service lies in the inquiries that no catalog can answer: a photo without a nameplate, a part number from a machine that has been running for decades, or a component whose manufacturer no longer exists. In these cases, we identify the part based on technical characteristics, find an equivalent replacement part, and verify its suitability before submitting a quote.
Added to this is the logistics process, which is a key factor in international shipments: quotes in German, English, or Spanish; pro forma invoices for customs clearance; export packaging that meets the destination country’s requirements; and coordination with freight forwarders through delivery. Both points of contact are engineers and review every inquiry personally.

Then we look for a technically equivalent replacement part and verify its suitability based on the original specifications—before we submit a quote, not after.

Is a photo without a part number enough?
Generally, yes—please send it to info@ibh-eurotec.eu. If the nameplate is missing, the device can be identified based on its design, connections, and specifications.
