OEM & Genuine Replacement Parts
Where required by manufacturer warranties, certifications, or safety regulations, we supply only tested genuine and OEM parts—with complete documentation.
In detail
In the international spare parts trade with Latin America, counterfeit and gray-market goods pose a real risk—especially when it comes to safety- and warranty-related components. That is why we source original and OEM parts through traceable supply chains, not through anonymous middlemen. Packaging, labeling, and serial numbers are checked against the manufacturer’s specifications before the goods reach you.
"Original/OEM" is one of three tiers in our product offering model: Original/OEM, Premium Alternative, and Standard Alternative are available side by side as needed—for items with an explicit OEM requirement (e.g., an active manufacturer’s warranty, explosion protection/ATEX requirements, or customer specifications), we generally supply only Original/OEM parts and clearly indicate this in the quote to prevent any confusion on your end with alternative parts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can I tell if an item in a quote is an original/OEM part or an alternative?
Each item in the quote is clearly labeled as "Original/OEM," "Premium Alternative," or "Standard Alternative"—there is no risk of confusion.
Why are only original/OEM parts acceptable for certain components?
Mostly due to a valid manufacturer's warranty, safety-related requirements (e.g., explosion protection/ATEX), or explicit customer specifications. In these cases, we generally offer only tested original/OEM products.
What is the difference between the Premium option and the Standard option?
Both are technically tested replacement parts (see cross-reference); the premium alternative is closer to the original specification, while the standard alternative is the more cost-effective, also tested option.
Will I automatically receive a Declaration of Conformity and a Certificate of Origin?
Upon request, we will compile the available documentation (Declaration of Conformity, Certificate of Origin, Material Certificate) for original/OEM items.
Will I lose my manufacturer's warranty if I use an aftermarket part?
That depends on the specific manufacturer and the nature of the warranty claim. If the warranty is still valid, we generally recommend using original/OEM parts and actively point out when an alternative might void the warranty.
